Q: Can I put my knives in the dishwasher? 
A: We recommend that you do not put your knives in the dishwasher. Please visit our Care Tips resource page in the Help Center.

Q: Does ship internationally?
A: No, unfortunately at this time, does not ship internationally. 

Q: Where does ship to?
A: We ship to the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces Pacific, Armed Forces Americas, and Armed Forces Europe. For specific shipping guidelines including what carriers deliver where, please visit our Shipping Information page. 

Q: What methods of payment do you accept? 
A: We currently accept only the credit cards MasterCard, Diners Club, Visa, American Express, JCB, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay®. Please keep checking back as we are offering additional payment options in the near future. 

Q: Can I pay with Cash On Delivery (CoD)?
A: Unfortunately we do not accept CoD payment at this time. 

Q: Can I pay with a check? 
A: Unfortunately we do not accept payment by check at this time. 

Q: Do you offer free shipping on
A: Yes, all Continental US customers receive free US Ground shipping with their orders of $150 or more. Use the promotion code "FREESHIPPING" in your cart. Note: only one promotion code per order is allowed. Free US Ground Shipping can be redeemed up to a $19 value. Please note this does not apply to any other type of shipping, nor to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces Pacific, Armed Forces Americas, nor Armed Forces Europe. 

Q: My knife is defective or damaged, where do I send for Warranty Service?
A:  We want you to experience a lifetime of cooking success with our knives. In the event there is an issue with your knife, please complete our Warranty Request Form for us to begin the process of servicing your product. Please be prepared to submit photos of your product to be serviced, along with your purchase date and copy of your receipt (if you have not already registered your product with us). 

Q: How do I return my order?
Please visit our Returns & Exchanges resource page for more information. Please note a Return Merchandise Authorization is required for all product returns. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. 

Q: How often should I sharpen my knife? 
A: How often depends on what you are cutting and the number of times you’re cutting. We recommend frequent light sharpening to ensure your blade is always sharp. Dull blades are far more dangerous than sharp blades.
